Wow. Very complex design in some places with simplicity in others. This sword is designed to actually be able to be used, I can see this looking amazing and being able to be wielded without and frills getting in the way during battle- a truly well crafted blade. Well done.

...Looks like Autodesk 3ds Max - with Vray rendering. I could be wrong, but in either case, you could use them both making this.
