And I love your filler! AND OH. BEFORE I FORGET. I thought about something while brushing my teeth this morning.
What if . . .
Two ambitious young scientists created a time machine or some way of bending space time and figured out how to travel to the past, which they did. They traveled all the way back to like, Ordovician period or something to study it. But the time machine broke, and they couldn't go back to the present. So they were stuck there.
And well, they built themselves a life because they had to survive. And they had kids. And their kids had kids. (Okay, it's incest, but how else?) And so on. Pretty soon you got a Pre-human earth with humans living on it in some Ordovician-like setting on a planet they call . . . Crenta.
And technology will still be abundant. In fact maybe even more advanced than today, since those scientists knew so much, a lot of the "early humans" will be very educated. So lots of innovations.
Hehe, I just wondered if you were on the same track or if you have an entirely different story. What do you think?
(And oh, there's supposedly a mass extinction at the end of the Ordovician period so now the characters will have something to deal with xD)
