It's more than Cerberus's attitude I'd have to say, Parvani's situation is a love-hate emotion that has gone terribly wrong.

Yeah, typically of Big Empire Family. Its very often for them to playing poker face with other family member while in the back there are Jack-Knife ready to gut your neck from behind.

It's actually has less thing to do with poker faces but more on a personal standpoint.
Parvani's quite superstitious in believing the color white as the color of Death and Bad Omen (headcanon thing for prothean culture). Vahana's mom died giving birth to her, around the same time when Parvani miscarried with her first child and became infertile. So Parvani was the one taking care of her little sister, love-hate thing just starts from the very beginning.....

Ahh... i see so that's the main problem. If its true, this can be more cruel than i expected. Uh.. Sorry if i make you reveal some spoiler about Parvani's secret. But it can't be helped i am really dead curious!
But nevertheless i will wait for the next chapter. You just grow me more curious about Vahana chance to get out from that hellhole beside the double plot with the coup in Apex. Good job!

Not really, I wasn't expecting to draw about Parvani and Vahana's early lives anyway, so it's actually a good thing that you've asked. And it shows that you care. :3
And yeah, those comics will keep coming, we got a fleet to take back, a princess to save, and a bunch of reapers to fight. Oh and atop of that, we got a bunch of synthetics and separatists to fight against with. I don't even know if there's a place for me to add in the romantic part into this.... but yeah, we'll see.

Well about romantic lines in the middle of war here..... let's just say even in the deserts there are always a beautiful flower growing somewhere.
Same with Shepard with his/her LI *wink. Ahh... i am really sick of waiting with Extended Cut announcement. Why BW??

I actually have a collection of old photos with soldiers at war with puppies/dogs/kittens... and my favorite photo of triumph is actually "V-J Day in Times Square".
I ship the Commander with that Turian Rebel so hard that if it sinks I'll be happy to go down with it, no regrets at all.
I'm trying not to think about the Extended Cut, I'm being cautious with not putting too much expectations on it just in case so I won't get disappointed.... I know it sounds very pessimistic....

Oh oh oh oh you're getting pretty close there, not quite, but almost. Parvani is not a separatist and she actually shares similar beliefs with Vahana, but there are things she disapproved with her little sister and she's got enough of it to start up a coup.
Anyway, we had to get Vahana out first. XD

I know I spaz about your color choices every time--but they are always so good. From the flats all the way up to the high and low-lights--they all come together to convey the overall tone of the piece. So, your linework is already alive, but then the colors make it dance. Your eye for color is so good, you can choose to make your lines waltz or samba and...I totally lost my train of thought because the news just flipped out and startled me.
but...I'm pretty sure you know what I'm trying to say. ihihihiii
