Description
I painted this for a little competitionWell, to be honest this is not one of my favorite pokemon. Although I don't dislike them at all none of the Gen V starters really could become one of my personal dearest. They're all cool and I tried all of them, but there were others I like better.
But when I read about a Samurott competition I immediately had a picture in mind I wanted to paint. The picture I had in mind was different though, it turned out to look better
I hope you like it, I think I haven't done one of my classical pokemon paintings for quite a while.
Time taken: 3-4 h
Programs used: SAI (Painting), Photoshop (post editing)

I found this on a complete accident, when I accidentally clicked on a wrong page and i saw yours and i quickly went back because i thought whatever i saw was looked pretty awesome, and boy was I right! This artwork not only has a big impact but also very original. I also love the eyes! although there were slight details such as the opacity of the water in the front seems to transparent, but that's personal preference. Otherwise, very original and eye catching e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s⦠" width="15" height="15" alt="

Hmph...I suppose this is good since it captured my attention so easily. The colors were bright and vibrant enough to captivate that.

Awesome !! ^___^
I love Samurott :3
Honestly, 4th gen had the worst starters imo.

Thank you very much!
Yeah, I would also say 4th is my least favorite, although I liked the penguin. I think (maybe except for Delibird) there hasn't been one before.

Well, I liked Turtwig, and Piplup ..just not INfernape, fire/fighting was already bland after blaziken, although Emboar ain't too bad :3

I agree^^ I just hoped they would not do another Fire/Fighting, but I thought they'd never do a third one. But they did u.u I really love pigs so I loved the design itself, though But I'd really have liked them to have put more variety into the fire starters, the other types had great combinations and mostly I pick the fire pokemon

I never pick the fire type after like 3rd generation, I've moved more towards the grass and water starters.
