This is why I went for Paralysis instead. It may not improve your odds as much as Sleep does, but at least it's permanant, thus no need to reapply it, and all you have to do is throw your Pokeballs each time you see it
Needless to say, it STILL took me countless tries before Entei went quietly into a Ball. Stupid, STUPID roaming Pokemon
Yes, as someone who has encountered, and tried to capture, the Roamers, I can feel your pain and appreciate this artwork. Not only is it very well drawn, but I love Noctowl's expression in the final panel, and Entei drooling in his sleep is added hilarity XD ruining his dignity as payback for all the frustration he's caused? ^_~

hahaha!! yeah, i hate it when that happens. a little advice for your sis- when coming close to an entei, or whatever, get a gastly walking by your side BEFORE you approach the irritating pokemon. once you get to it, use "Mean Eye" on the pokemon. "It can't escape!" is what'll say.
Me when i did this- "Ha! I'm so clever. Now you can't escape! Now, I'm gonna get an Ultra ball after the entei's move...
*Entei does a move*
*pokemon took damage, but not enough to kill it*
"Alright, now i just throw a ultra ball...*
*throws ultra ball*
*doesn't work*
"hmph, no matter, I'll just try again after his move"
*entei flees*

I had the same thing with thunderos in pokemon black, I had finally hypnotysed him and his hp was low, and the damn pokemon still fled!!! I mean won't he crash into anything?!
