I've been on a "tech" kick lately, trying out some 2D techniques. But I feel it's coming to the end of that cycle, so landscapes will probably make an appearance pretty soon

Hey Steve! I have downloaded 15 of your images to my hard drive. I have an idea about what I want to do. Its a challenge, for sure, and I´m really looking forward to it.

I use a few custom brushes, but a lot of the time I just use the standard hard-edged round brush in Photoshop

That's cool the cross-hatch/or line brush is very handy when you wanna speed-paint.
I tend to use the soft-brushes in my art. Seeing how effective you used the brushes I think
I should too invest some time in experimenting

I tend to get into a set pattern of working - so I need to go into an experimental phase now and then to bring new things into the artwork

Looking at this I see you are well on your way of creating some
stunning art pieces. Right now I'm trying to find quick methods to speed
up my work flow and I just learned the key is brush customization.

I've seen some artist finish their paintings in less than 2 hours while my paintings
take days to finish ^^

Im uploading a quick paint tonight that I did yesterday - it took me just a day to finish so
its the quickest one yet

Make the computer do the work!
Photoshop has a lot of things that can speed up the process, so it's good to experiment with the various tools
