Description
So I had some lineart lying around for a collab but I had a random spike in motivation and really wanted to draw something with the marker tool in sai so this happened ovoI hope the person that the collab is with doesn't mind it and I guess you guys will see that too in a while when it's done ^^
Also tried some new things regarding color adjustments and stuffs by going over parts with the airbrush on top of the overlay layers which worked quite well in my opinion. Should do that more often ovo
Anyways, here are some credits:
References were a bunch of oficial Sylveon drawing so nothing by a specific fanartist or anything in a similar pose, just google Sylveon and it's basically just a bunch of the official ones you get from that o3o
Pokémon and Sylveon belong to Nintendo , GameFreak, The Pokémon Company and Creatures
This artwork was made using Painttool Sai
*EDIT: fixed some white spaces in teh background and changed the lineart color from black to dark pinkish or so

The lineart is nicely defined, so it isn't hard to make out from the background.

The coloring, shading and highlights are so fantastic! The strokes look so aesthetically pretty! Specifically, for all three of those--
The shading is amazing. The violet and hot pink hues works so well!
The blending of the colors are very well done! It all looks natural.
And the highlights define the light source a lot, in a very good way- they don't make anything stand out too much. I notice the bluish highlights coming from the bottom left. It's AWESOME. Using different colors for shading/lighting is not all that recognized, and you made it work perfectly. I see you did it with the shading for the blue of the ears, but with purple. It's so cool!
