Very cool scene. It reminds me Al'akir description in warcraft

Cool, I rarely see tornadoes personified so well. But the almost devil/genie like mix of design works wonders for it. It'll be a cool boss to battle, but probably an irritating one, I'm assuming one would have to make their way to its head
