Description
This is a more recent attempt at a concept drawing I did a while back but never had the chance to upload til now, of Lt. Campbell from U.B.C.S. Echo team. Originally this character is already dead by the time he is encountered in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis. Originally his name was mentioned in the pocketbook of a file found on the body of another U.B.C.S. Mercenary. Campbell's body is found in the hallway outside of where the file mentioning his name is obtained. He can be seen entangled in giant webs in the corner of a hallway in the St. Michael's Clock Tower where giant spiders or "Web Spinner" B.O.W.s are encountered. His dead body also has 40mm grenade rounds which can be picked up off of him by the player while in control of Jill. I drew this as a way of making a portrayal of Lt. Camptell when he was still alive leading U.B.C.S. Echo team. In my Resident Evil Decimation storyline the bald shaved jarhead look his body had in RE3 indicates to me that he's ex special forces. So for his background story I included that he was a former Navy SEAL. His M4A1 Assault rifle like what most of the other U.B.C.S. members at least the ones in RE3 had, will also have a custom M203 Rifle Grenade Launcher attachment if that explains what the grenade rounds Jill picks up off of him were originally used for. I want to make these characters come to life in the telling of the storyline I wrote for my RE Decimation Project.Related content

Yeah seeing how in the Japanese Exclusive Biohazard 4d Executer CGI movie, some of the U.B.C.S. grunts had M203 grenade launcher attachments on their M4A1 assault rifles makes me question why that attachment was never available as an upgrade in RE3. The M203 appears to be the one grenade launcher never featured in any RE game. Always either the MGL Revolver grenade launcher or the M79. I'm including that attachment on Campbell's weapon to explain what the rounds Jill finds on his body were originally for. If my RE Decimation project were to be made into a fanmodded game, then the player could obtain that as an upgrade by defeating him as a zombie. IMHO the M203 would seem more feasible to use with all the other types of flame acid liquid nitrogen and explosive rounds since the real life Hk-p grenade launcher for police use is actually not designed for explosive rounds only smoke and tear gas grenades used for suppression against riots. Not sure how the Hk-p could handle the recoil or heat of explosive or incendiary napalm rounds.

Oh man... Biohazard 4D-Executer ...it has been awhile since I've seen it. It has not aged well... but still has some good scenes!

Yeah its my favorite of the CGI films looks like it came right out of RE2 RE3 and Outbreak could easily become a scenario in the Outbreak games or something
