After my little visit to Beach Blanket Bloodbath land, I'm returning to a fun series of mine. Here's another Pain In Spidey's Ass!!! Now this guy I'm pretty sure everyone knows. I tried to draw him as vicious as possible because all the best Doc Ock comics in my opinion have shown him to be a heartless SOB.Related content

This is totally how I imagine him! Great expression and composition. Doc Ock has always been one of my favorite villains, and this is a great rendering.

Thank you! I try mostly with my drawings to use original designs with very minor tweaking. I avoid character redesigns because i think they are for the most part, unnecessary.

I know. What I meant was that lately in comics they try to redesign characters with a bunch of unnecessary nonsense. I try to draw them the way you would picture him in a mental image.

That's the best way I think. For instance, I don't like Wolverine's new shorter ears.

I used to like wolvie's long ears myself until i started to picture how he would with that mask in real life. I figured the shorter ears looked less ridiculous so I disagree with you on that one.
