I can explain about the stripe between his eyes and irises. It took much more time to draw and animate such details as stripes between the eyes and irises. In later Hanna-Barbera episodes, the budget was much more lower, Gene Deitch episodes also suffered this. Only in later adaptations it returned.

Меня точно не привлекают те, что без полоски над носом и без радужек.
Мне нравятся 1, 3, 4, 5, 15 (хотя я не люблю сам мульт) и 16. Про свою версию уж молчу, она такая же мрачная, как и я сама
