There's a little bridge in the head - One pilot, one co-pilot, one commander, one communications officer and one master gunner. Then each of the cannons has a gunner inside, and there's a pair of engineers that run up and down the body of the beast fixing things when necessary

it's like someone got a enlarge ray and shot barrigator with it, then shoved now armour on him and an awesome set of cannons. then quaddrupled it's epicness.
