Description
Ever had that feeling that the one you love might have his/her eyes fixed on someone else? You're acting as if nothing's the matter, playing it cold, when in fact you're burning inside. Eventually, you have to break the ice, and let it all out.
This is by far the most work i've put into a piece. Had help from a friend with ideas and assistance.

Gasoline
Countless matches (had to get the flame good)
Straw
Flashlight
Transparent plastic paper
Black bakingplate
Black cloth
Scissors

Oooooh, love the concept of it all. Must've taken a hell of a long time to do...well, three hours. Ha, I'd expect the ice to be quite melted by then. xD

Having the ice reflect in the surface on which it's resting is a great touch, and cutting the reflecting flame off is probably a good thing since that emphasises which one is the main subject.
This is one of the most amazing shots I have seen, beatiful subject, great framing, composition and crop.

I love the description to this, I know the feeling all too well. the work you put into this shows. I absolutly love it, the different sizes off ice make this a nice well rounded picture. the flame looks almost like you've manipulatied this to get the right effecet, aswell as the reflection.
