This a little trial idea I wanted to do. There is a fan series called Earth 27 of DC, (there is some marvel stuff too if you like) created by Roysovitch. He did some Arkham Patience's files that mention how they treat & warn doctors how to handle the crazy Batman villians & more. So inspired by that and Batman Arkham Knight, I'm doing evidence files by Arron Cash of Gotham PD that mentions the stuff they would have on them after Batman busts them & their outfits. The guys gave me the okay to try it out. I of course I had to do my favorite Super Villain: SNOWFLAME! Cocain is his god & he is the living instrument of it's will!

Please tell what you guys think! I hope to do more soon. I know it's not super fancy but I'm working what I got.
