So, many of you know that my Gotham Evidence Files is based on Cash's comments in the evidence locker from Batman Arkham Knight. Well these are interview tapes with Hugo Strange based on Arkham City. Which I gotta say: Best version of Hugo Strange there is. This is a beta version of it, I went with Sugar/The Ventriloquist G2, because her first tape was fairly long and I wanted to push the limits and throw things at the way to see what sticks. I hope you can read it, I tried finding a text that was both big enough and able to fit everything I wanted to say.

In Earth 27's Arkham Files done by Roy, there was a bit with her playing with sock puppets which was a nod to the Telltale Batman games and that just struck me as hilarious. I literally could imagine Peyton keeping a poor straight pokerface with this big grin on her face and then slowly holds up the sock puppet. And this would be the one of the few rare moments Strange is like "....ugh...I don't get paid enough for this bullcrap." Yet still keeping a straight face & professional tone the whole time.
