Daily Art (July): Day 11

Ok, so I didn't draw this in one day... but I painted/colored it in one day, so I say it counts for my challenge. This is a simple comic of an interaction between my two birds. Asa (the white one) is a bit of a cowardly perch potato, while Nym (little turquoise) is adventurous. Whenever she tries to approach Asa, it freaks him out and he either ends up fluttering away or threatening her at the last minute. I don't usually have them out at the same time because of this, but sometimes Nym turns into a cage cyclone when I'm trying to train Asa so I let her out onto her play area as soon as she's polite. Then when she gets bored, she flies over and this happens...

I plan to turn this into an ongoing comic, and I promise I'll make it more exciting-looking, add more diverse panel designs, and spice up the angles and perspectives. But first I'd like to make bio sheets for my birds, so stay tuned
