So I saw this awesome base and decided to make family trees for all of my Next Generation Mane 7 ponies. Here is Applebuck's and Apple Tree's family.

Gran Pear is Applebuck's and Apple Tree's great grandfather.

Bright Macintosh and Pear Butter are Apple Buck's and Apple Tree's grandparents.
Big Macintosh and Fluttershy are Apple Tree's parents
Valencia Orange and Mosely Orange are Apple Tree and Apple Buck's great aunt and Uncle
Applejack and Braeburn are Applebuck's parents through a magical accident.
Caramel is Applebuck's stepfather.
Big Mac and Fluttershy are Applebuck's aunt and uncle.
Apple Bloom and Pipsqueak are Applebuck's and Apple Tree's aunt and uncle.
Zephyr Breeze is Apple Tree's uncle.
Big Mac and Cheerilee are Sunny Apple's parents.

Mutsu Apple (green earth stallion) and Wild Cherry (yellow earth pony) are Applebuck's Grandparents and she and Apple Tree's great aunt and uncle.
Tropical Fruit is Apple Buck's and Apple Tree's great grandma
Sunny Apple (pinkish purple earth pony) is Apple Tree's half sister and Applebuck's cousin.
Apple Wing (yellow pegasus stallion) is Apple Tree's brother and Applebuck's cousin.
Apple Julep (orange earth pony w/brown mane) and Fuji Apple (orange earth stallion w/ yellow mane) are twins. They are Applebuck's older half siblings and Apple Tree's cousins.
Apple Tree (yellow earth pony w/ orange and a little red mane) and Applebuck (orange earth pony w/ orange braided mane)
Applebuck (orange earth pony with braid and orange mane) and Apple Tree (yellow earth pony w/ green eyes and orange mane w/ a little red in it) are cousins.
Honey Crisp (brown earth pony with red markings and white mane) is the daughter of Apple Bloom and Pipsqueak and is the cousin of Applebuck and Apple Tree.
