I was floating down the Merced River in Yosemite Valley this summer when a deer appeared from the riverside and crossed right in front of me. I battled the current at the same time as grabbing my camera for this picture. Well, other people helped, but I shound more heroic if I don't mention them

The laser eyes almost pierced the hull of the *cough* mighty vessel we were on board. Good job I was there and in control of the situation.
