Yes he did. In fact, all the art in that game is his (the other 2 members of the team are a programmer and the game feel/balance designer).

No idea, and not sure he'd answer since his account hasn't seen activity in a loong time. Good news is he's going to work more on the game since it just got funded and they're adding new characters.
