I can kind of understand why they don't own plows, weather that rough isn't exactly the most common thing in Texas so when you do get those winter storms you tend to be a bit under prepared. And yeah semi-trucks tend to complicate the traffic issues because other drivers tend to throw caution out the window to gawk at it, seen more than a few subsequent wrecks happen that way... also seriously people were trying to pass on the shoulder of the road and what not, that's just the wrong thing to do right there heh. Well hope no one was killed, always sucks when someone dies during the holidays.

My mom and I went and pushed cars since we live along I-44. We just felt so bad for everyone stuck along the road~
