Description
Since people have been asking about how I do this, I decided to make a tutorial! I hope it helps :3 It's my first tutorial.If anyone has questions, don't be afraid to ask!

hey, i think you forgot some very important things in this tut.. such as mentioning on which layer do you work or what your settings for the burn/dodge tool are (shadows/midtones etc., and which hardness etc.
i tried to remake your tutorial, and it wont work right

I think that it was good but i did not underatand the last 3 things.. it been yellow, not black around the eye and it been gray when i took dodge tool...

This tutorial is really awesome. I'm sure it'll help me in the future if I can ever edit my eyes. My eyes are such a dark brown that they turn out black in pictures not matter how bright it is or whatever else to try and make my eyes stand out. Is there any chance I could get some advice to help me with editing them?

How do you get the picture black and white all of the sudden?? I'm a photoshop newbie, so I wouldn't have a clue. But I'm using this otherwise, very good!

To get it black and white, go to: Enhance, then go to Adjust colour. Then go to Hue/Saturation. Then play around with the Saturation thing, to get the right effect.

Now just a quick question. In the second step, how do you color the eye like that? What tool in PS did you use?

It's just the regular paint brush, but change the layer blend mode to "color". and if you don't know where that is it's on the layers tool box in the upper left corner, by default the blend mode is set to "normal"

Hmm... I found the guide to be... somewhat less than comprehensive... But then, I'm using a much older Photoshop program than anyone has any rights using nowadays...
