☆ Tutorials ☆
Swirling galaxies always looked so hard to do, but I discovered that they're surprisingly easy, and there's a lot of room for mistakes, too! My method doesn't look "accurate", of course, but it's a quick and simple way to get the idea across, I think.
If you want go to more "realistic", I would recommend having the colours on different layers and blurring them at different levels. You'll want some of them to be sharper than the rest!
By the way, I used GIMP for this tutorial (and everything else I draw), and it's a completely free program! You can learn more about GIMP and download it for free here .

It should. (i use firealpaca but they're really similar so ye)
Both have Gaussian blur.

The only program I've ever used is Gimp, so unfortunately, I cannot attest to its helpfulness in other programs.
