Description
It's been in there about 10 months now, and it's still not overgrown the bulb. Slow grower maybe?Edit: it's gone. To those curious; I removed the black glass insulator on the bottom allowing it to be watered and plants put in. Grab a light globe and have a look if you want to see

Wow I love this, not just the imagery but the fact you grew it over a couple of months. Brilliant sculpture, I could imagine a massive version of this with a tree inside.

I'm quite sure many people have already asked this, but how did you get the dirt and seed into the bulb?
Also, very inspirational. I can't believe this is not a DD yet!

can you please make a tut? it looks really interesting!!
btw, my guess is that you planted it then you glued the bottom on, and left a hole in the bottom to give water and put a giant clip, or a spring at the end of it to hold it up...
but it still would be a cool science project!!

EXCELLENT
(it kind of died because of the limited soil and the crowded space.)

May i ask, what kind of plants did you use?
Also, did you make the lightbulb like that, or buy it?

It was made with a fern out of my garden, a blown light globe out of my closet and an idea out of my head.
