For the record, Komamura has seven shattered ribs, a concussion, and a broke jaw. And Jo now has a dislocated shoulder and wrist and four broken ribs! Injury counting yay!!

I guess but even that is inicitive of power... It shows what they specilize in not their power level (Example Toshiro is ranked higher then Ukitake on the list but Uki is definitly more powerful)

That's why I don't like broad categories. They also don't take into account fighting style, or personality. Since Chris's ability would pretty much allow her to defeat anyone except the most extremely focused people, but she'll almost never use it. And stuff like that. Especially when writing a story.... You can't just be like 'oh they have x power level, so they can beat these people and will lose to these people.' It can't be that broad, because there's about a zillion factors that could turn a fight one way or the other.. which is why I don't like to generalize my OCs like that

Alright... I guess... but even with a broken power it depends on the level of power. a Liuetenant will never defeat a Captain in a fair fight broken power or not.. I think bility and power level play a part... you can't just ignore power levels either...That alos plays a major factor

I'm not just talking about 'broken' powers. If Jo and Eliot were to fight, there's a million factors that would determine the outcome. Eliot isn't fast or strong, and has not hakuda abilities. But she's nearly at Hachi's level in kido... so if she lands a spell, it could be over, or Jo could be too fast, or escape out of sheer strength, or cut Eliot down before she can cast a spell.. or Eliot could outsmart her, or jo could win because she's more aggressive. You really can't determine an outcome of a fight just based on category.

True... Kaien himself can apply. He's extremly fast but fragile plus he has powerful ranged attacks and is a Master in kido(Nowehre near Hachi though) however he is next to useless in CQC due to his fraility.
But abilties, power level both play a massive factor. Take Kyoraku for exapmle KK is etremly broken but he'd never win against Yama-ji... Because Yama-ji is just to powerful..
An Jo and Eliot are both Captain level they are pretty much on equal ground but take Jo or Eliot against a Senior level Captain... they;d get destroyed...

Not necessarily... Zaraki was defeated by Ichigo even though at that time Zaraki outclassed him in almost every way. Of course age plays a factor.. Yamamoto is a billion years old, of course he's going to beat people. Which brings into issue, again, the fact that most of my characters are older than yours, especially with that 115 year time skip.
And for all the power Toshiro has, he almost never wins battles, same with Renji. And Hisagi defeated Tousen, which Komamura couldn't do... He basically single-handedly defeats Tousen's resurrection.
Basically, I don't like that you generalize my characters because I don't think you'll write them correctly.
Besides that, I personally don't put as much emphasis on spiritual pressure because I feel that makes it too boring. It's much more interesting to base battles on skill... which actually seems to happen in the manga a lot (take Rukia v Aaron for example...)

Hisagi beating Tosen was an absolute fluke. Tosen was distracted by his sight if he was foucsed he would have never got stabbed in the head. In a fair fight Hisagi would get destroyed. Since his 'win' was a complete and utter fluke you can't use that as evidence.
Toshiro has one won most of his fights (he slaughtered the Fraccion guy when he had full power.) And his win with Hailibel was admitably an asspull
And Rukia VS AA was also a fluke he definitly was powerful but he was being an idiot and basicly let her get him with her attack.
And Kenpachi was a dumb-ass and wasn't serious. If he was serious he would've slaughtered Ichigo
Most of those examples are flukes... they aren't reliable at all as evidence as they are extremly specific factors that are unlickley going to happen again

That's the whole point I'm trying to make!! Battles aren't determined by power! They're determined by personality and style, not power level.
This doesn't change the fact that you want to edit my characters. And I don't like that. I took a lot of time making their personalities, fighting styles, and powers, and you're basically informing me that you are going to ignore that in favor of spiritual pressure.

Sorry... never said I wanted to do away with their personality I just want to keep balence... We do have to comprimise I amit that... I don't thing everyone of them should be Captain level... The fct that so many of your characters have Bankai kinda bothher me. Imade a Bankai for Kentori but I doubt I'll use it...
I just want balence and having all your OC's being Captain level wouldn't be fair.

I made my characters bankais because it's more fun that way. Besides the fact that it's all well explained and thought out, and their powers are balanced... especially to fit in my AU. And I still prefer not to generalize by 'captain level', ect, because it doesn't really describe anything. You might keep their personalities in tact, but you make it seem like you're going to scew their powers and the way they battle. Plus the fact that the shadows themselves seem like they're going to end up getting changed as well.
I understand compromise, but I don't like to see things I've worked hard on get dramatically changed.

Sorry... I just want to try and balence eveverything out... I'm not going to screw their powers thats their powers but at the same time it would not be fair if every single one of your OC's is Captain level... I understand Jo, Layla, Eliot and Matt but the others... not so much... And VC level is hardly bad they are sstill stronger then 90% of the Bleachverse

Yeah I see Kaien having a mental breakdown after the truama and I think both Jo and Yasuo are looking for blood... Natsuki isn't powerful enough,Kentori is to busy warchng his Twin Yuri's pregnant and Sajin is out of practivc... though I see him coming out of it eventually and save everybodies asses...
I say Big Bad Vs Matsu, Jo and Yasuo in Bankai...

I have an idea? Maybe the guy behind the Sombra abducts Kaien? fills him with Sombra but he's oddly resistant to the possenion and instead goes into a comatose state? Maybe the wants to take control of his power adding it to his own... And Kaien is trapped in his inner world which is slowly being breached by the infection.. maybe Jo, MAtsu and the others have to save him before the Sombra takes control? I bet he could be a total pedo as qwell

Well, normally when someone is infected they get trapped in the inner world anyway...But the only way to be resistant to infection is to have no chain of fate or hollow hole for them to breach. People can fight off infection sort of the same way you'd fight an inner hollow.. but only if they were prepared to do it

Maybe Kaien's angel blood can be the reason he's resistant? Kaien isn't a normal Shinigami maybe not only does the Angel Blood boast his power but protects him... I say he'd be mentally shattered for the next arc afterwards though...

Yeah you don't have Angel blood in your story... so it can be handwaved So Kaien is partially immune of the Sombra infection more or less he and the Sombra are trapped in the inner world struggling for control over his body
I can see him being somewhat comatose for awhile maybe Yasuo has to step in unti; Kaien recovers and give a massive reason for Jo and the others to hate the bastard...
Plus Kaien is extremly stubborn to boot he's hard to control

Kaien would kick his ass (if Yuri hasn't already... during ToM she's pregnant with Kaien's child and they're engaged I don't think Van would stoop so low XD... But yeah I could see Jo taking a small interest in the young boy... Matt and Yasuo ould get along Yasuo likes everybody though he's in a commited relationsip with Sano (yue's friend) I say Matt could be suprised that Yasuo was gay?

Kaien is decent but it clueless i the attention is on him... he figures out though about Yasuo's feelings or hima dn tells him to move on and find someone who could actually share his feelings...
I see Cory and Natsuki having an interesting frienship both are squad 2 members... but I guess the left way before Nat was born... I see Kaien being in shock seeing Jo again and I see her soemwhat suprised at seeing Kaien as Captain... maybe she could comment how he doesn't look much different

Yeah, Jo would look very different haha. I suppose she could be murdered by Yamamoto while she's trying to let the other vizards escape, after Mayuri turns them (and the whole 10-year dangai thing). So how long will my vizards be missing then? Cause if Jo gets hybridized before and is gone for long enough she'll be stronger than she is in my story

Well before Kaien became 3rd seat... he got it maybe 5 years before the main story and ToM is a 110 years later.. (There is a 10 year time skip after the series when Nat and his friends and sister were born) so I guess over a 115 years...

Oooh yeah that will definitely be a long time... by then Jo and Eliot have kids in my story and Jo looks different, loses more body parts.. and Matt replaces Toshiro and Shinichi becomes the 'lieutenant' of squad 0.. and haven't gotten that far fir the others. My story is only a few months after Aizen's war... a lot of stuff would have happened to them

I can handle the writing and I can send ou chapters and see what you think... .NS can post them to her acound so they'd be with her other Bleach stories... yeah this will work

all their personalities are on their character sheets, but those all need to be updated...And most of the time, when Jo meets someone random, if its in a dangerous situation she'll nearly get herself killed to save them haha

I think it would be to see Matt and Jo's rection to seeing Kaien as a captain.. I don't think he was even seated when they left... he got 3rd seat a year or 2 later...

Yeah maybe Matt could come up to the 7th division to catch up with Kaien and runs into Yasuo? I could see them having an interesting conversation (though I say Yasuo would get confused if Matt went with the super sciency stuff) I could see Cory and Yuri being BFF's because they are both in love with plants (plus both have plant Zanpakuto's)
I see Van and Kentori getting along since he took Renji's place when he became Captain.. Reni might also get along with Cory...

Yeah... I'm also working on something called Tale of Matsu... basicly it's a sequal series taking place around a 100 years after the events of Bleach... Nightstorms character Natsuki plays a major role... the Character Matsu is Yuzu's great-grandson and he';s the only person in his family who inherets Isshins spiritual pressure...

Well unlike Ichigo Matsu isn;tsuper duper special he's basiclt a genetic fluke... He lacks Ichigo's power but hes more versatile (or at least he will be) he'll actually use kido! plus his Zan will be a kido type (no idea what yet) Kaien plays a major role he and Yasuo eventually come and retrieve them (Supsitutes aren't really a crime anymore because IChig himself is a Captain but it's still forwned upon) and takes him to the SS for training.. plus a desendent of Ishida is one of his best friends

Yeah... I think he will eventually get Bankai but not till mid-way through the story (they banned Urahara's technique after so many people were killed trying it) And I think of making a new Espada (not under Aizen of course) attack... Natsuki himself is the Lt of divison 2 and is a million times more copentent then Omeada

eh they are pretty cool... I say the old Espada (Nell, Hailibel and Grimm) try and fight but are forced to flee to the SS and warn the Shinigami of another war... It would be funny to due a cross-over between Mine and Nightstorms and your stories they could ft together pretty well..

We can work around both ways maybe seek a comprimise the Sombra would be a great enemy for ToM so it wouldn't be a repeat... plus I could see the character interaction as well... basicly we can have a united story and a seperate story... we can collaberate on ToM some... it'd be an AU for your AU...
