Since the existence of the program like OldNewExplorer, Classic Shell, Aero Glass and UxStyle for Windows 8.1.1 is very possible to achieve the same Longhorn quality for the modern Windows. Few times I try myself to port theme like this one and Longhorn M7 for my personal use, but the lack of superior knowledge for work with Windows style builder does not allow me to achieve it. Will be incredible if you try once again to bring the beautiful Longhorn interface for Windows 8.1.1!

Like:
Β - the glass taskbar
Β - Start menu
Β - Loading bar
Don't like:
Β - blue color on the window frame
Β - adres bar on the bottom of the window

just one hint, the blue window color is set as default from windows, you can decrease it in the color settings of windows.
and what you mean with adressbar on bottom, i don't understand...

Normally I don't ask this, but before I do something wrong and ruin my Windows: How can I install this? And can this be installed on Windows 7 Ultimate?

i guess it would be difficult to replace the shell32.dll, i only get it when booting from another system and then changing it in the non-bootet windows partition, after using "takecontrol2" (google) - rename the changing *.dll into *bak.dll
but everythng should work properly afterwards...

Regarding to the shell32.dll replacing without the other system:
Rename the one you want to replace with something like shell322.dll, copy to system32
Takeown original shell32.dll
Open command prompt WITH admin privlegs
do:
rename shell32.dll shell323.dll
rename shell322.dll shell32.dll
restart, and you are done without any other operating system, been doing it for years, if i remember correctly why it didnt work was becasue UAC didnt depended on the shell32 therefore didnt show when you tried to copy in explorer, but command prompt already has admin rights by that time
