I did a pic very similar to this one a while ago(actually a very long while ago), but I decided to come back to it because I got inspired by a very good friend of mine who just finished her PXJ fix, which you can read here: [link]So does this qualify as fanart based on a segment of a fanfic based on a fanart?
Kind of complicated. Anyway, I had ton of fun drawing this and I hope to get back to the swing of things with drawing and stuff. The entrance exams and other things drained me up pretty badly.My vacation starts in the middle of July, so I will be able to do more arts then. I'm also going to start studying automation engineering in the autumn, so I've got no idea what is going to happen to my art at that point - the fact is that I'm not going to screw up my studies!
Anyway! Enjoy Sideswipe dressing up as a Princess with sparkles and all! I'm now going to go swimming, since it's 30C degrees here and I'm sweating like a pig XD

I've seen quite a lot of them too, but usually they are made to be chibis and cute whereas I drew Sideswipe properly, but with a dress. xD The clothes stuff isn't actually my cup of tea, but I like to draw pics of embarrassed bots at times XD

I draw Jazz wearing lolita dresses. (I am a lolita myself so yeah) I even wrote a fic called Transformers Lolita or Lolifo. Its...weird but funny. The only one that wears a dress regularly is Jazz cause the others made him do it. XD

I see! I don't want to bash anyone's ideas so don't get me wrong here. I firmly believe that every person is allowed to draw whatever they want unless it's something harmful
So from my hundreds of Transformers pics only two are robots in dresses and even the second one is actually a remake of the first one. And I did drew a series of sports pics during the winter after all, so I definitely am not immune to crack

Haha I dig it man. And well the only reason I see them wearing clothes is just to look kool. Hell Prime and Megatron used to rock capes. XDD Starscream loves his crowns hell I bet if they made clothes in their size Prime out wear a business souit top with no freaking pants. XDDDD

That's true. Although it was only in one episode of G1 and I've got no idea how that kinda disguises were supposed to work, since none of the TFs(well except for the cassettes) were the size of a human XDDD

I envy you and your vacation >.> I just have... A NEW TABLET!! But I don't have an art program yet. A friend's mother has an extra program laying around somewhere, and he said he'll give it to me when I see him next. XD Now I will be actually able to do that art crit thing I said a long time ago! Although, this princess!Sideswipe is really good, especially compared to the last one

Dunno, the guy couldn't remember what's lying around his mom's house, but he's pretty sure there's an extra copy from his late sister's collection. His mom doesn't live nearby but he should see her before I see him next weekend.

Oh I see! Well hopefully you get that program soon and if you don' you can always download GIMP, which is a free program and works like Photoshop
Heh! I learned that already a long time ago, which is what has brought me even this far with my art skill, although there's still much room for improvement. I actually don't have any inborn talent - I've had to learn everything by hard work and if people stop even for a second to give me crit it always helps me to go forward :3
Cell shading is that kinda shading they usually use in comic books - it's pretty quick to do, looks good when it's done right and suits well with an art that relies heavily on the lineart. I'm not very good at it though XDD

Good to know! I know that people have taken things from her room as mementos, so its a possibility it isn't still there.
Theoretically I have in-born talent, but I'm no friggin' prodigy so crit is quite important! I remember the first honest crit I received many years ago: people have ribs so stop drawing the torsos so slender! XD Now I remember to include skeleton structure in my drawings. Yay for crit!
