You can really feel the grim determination despite the horror going around. I'm picturing a battle with many fallen comrades and he's determined to save as many as he can, despite the hallway being filled with the wounded. Fun times

You're definitely right. Besides he's got (usually) really nice character designs too, but that's not the only reason for me to like him the best. I just think he's usually portrayed as a strong personality who isn't relying on fists all the time or making utter nonsense speeches
