There should be a little thing at the bottom of your left toolbar that is clicked in, shoudl look like a line going from thin to thick.

I have a little question, when you are installing it to your computer and it says to close internet and such, i do and i says its still open, any suggestions? =x

Thanks so much, a lot of other tutorials out there are very confusing and focus on more than one aspect of flash at the same time but this doesn't, it's great.
It's helped me so much, at least now I know the basics. I mean, before I couldn't even use flash because I didn't know how to draw in it in the first place but now I can focus on the more technical side instead of worrying about how to draw!

Lol, I've been working with flash for years and still never knew about those features of the paintbrush tool. Though I dont really use the paintbrush, I might find it more useful now. Thanks.

I zoom in like you say but the pen I draw with makes the lines un neat without smooth >< crys was good with line tools but its better to learn like this ^^ could u give me some pointers love the tutorial
