Description
For those who know me, I've been catching up to One Piece over the course of this past year! And well, what can I say? The series has really captured my attention, to say the least! I'm a Zoro fanboy, a Doflamingo enjoyer, and Eustass Kid's defense lawyer, among others! And while my faves have certainly influenced me in terms of making OCs, I still thought it would be fun to make some of my existing and "main" OCs have OP designs for fun! This has been a long time coming actually, and now that I'm finally caught up and reading weekly like everyone else I have all the lore necessary to properly think about these guys!

With that out of the way, here they are:

Hong D. Ji-hoon
He wants to become the Pirate King- wait, that's someone else... oh yeah, he wants to take over the world.
Born a girl and injected with male hormones by Ivankov himself, Ji-hoon is the first male Kuja.
His hometown, Calendula Island, was destroyed in a buster call which is how Young-soo died (because no, even in OP Ji-hoon can't be happy).
He was raised for a few years on Amazon Lily as a baby, which is how he met his pet snake Bora. They're inseparable now!
In case you thought he'd be more tolerable in this AU, you were wrong.
Hong D. Mi-sook
She is a Kuja and also the former empress of Amazon Lily and captain of the Kuja Pirates of the generation before Hancock.
Like the other former empresses, she left Amazon Lily because she fell in love with a man.
Since she had left Amazon Lily but was still a pirate at heart, Mi-sook formed the Ogbaem Pirates not long after Ji-hoon was born.
She has the most modest outfit because that's what she and all the other OP women deserve.
Kim Sung-ho
He is a whale shark fish-man in this AU!
He's also 300 cm instead of 200 cm (so you can imagine my joy).
Like most whale sharks, he can't see for shit without his glasses.
He's an excellent swimmer though and it's his job to rescue Mi-sook and Byung-chul when they fall in the water.
He fights the best in water, but that doesn't mean he can't fight on land. If you have a 1% chance of beating him on land, it's game over once you hit the water.
Park Byung-chul
Surprise! He's a furry in this AU! My first furry character omg-
He's a lynx mink because my dumbass based him on Crocodile, so naturally transferring him to OP made him look a lot like him as a human...BUT AS A MINK I CAN DIFFERENTIATE THEM-
Anyways, most cat-like features he has both in personality and physically. He hates getting wet, his ears go airplane mode when he's mad, he gets the zoomies at night, and plays with cat toys.
He's embarrassed about "garchu" but he still has no concept of personal space.
Yoshida Genzō
He is an oni from Wano!
He left Wano in his youth because he wanted to see the world (and everything was going to shit).
His wife and one of his daughters was killed by the Ogbaem Pirates, so he's their biggest enemy.
He is a Vice-Admiral in the Marines, but I doubt he'd be opposed to becoming an Admiral. If it's to help him get revenge on the Ogbaem Pirates, I think he'd even take orders from a Celestial Dragon.
