Thanks. Well, for these hands..I used a combination of my own and some pictures in a comic, but mostly my own hands, then added bigger knuckles. Use your cell phone or w/e and take pictures of your hands in different positions.

Anyway, these are fabulous! how long does it take you to flesh out some hands?
I can flesh out some hands reasonably quick depending on the complexity, I find the easiest hands to model are those in gloves, that way
you don't have to worry about knuckle lines and fingernails, just need to make the folds and grooves in the material and the basic shape.

Haha yeah, they'd make all those noises and junk and Thanks! I'm not sure how long it took to make these..A couple of hours (but I didn't work on them non-stop) because of all the tiny detail and baking these a couple times.

Yeah, I watch that comedy about the geeks "Big Bang Theory", they had an episode
with Hulk hands, that was humorous.
You actually make these hands in parts? like, make a palm, bake it, then add the fingers?

I struggling to make a set of hands for a sculpture im making question: do you make indiviual fingers and stick them to the palm or do u carve it out of a one peices

When making a fist, I start with a ball of clay and then a piece of clay that's as big as I want all the fingers to be combined (except for the thumb) and then a "snake" of clay for the thumb. I carve, cut and add small pieces of clay for the knuckles and thumbnail.
