Quick pic of the back. I've still got to do some blending and smoothing, but this is basically what it will look like....hmm well, it may change a bit if I decide to go for a more realistic look.Related content

Thanks so much for the support. The back may change a little when I get to work on it more on monday or tuesday. You'll have to let me know if you still like it then. I definitely plan on keeping the size, but I want a slightly more realistic look. I'm using people in muscle mags as a good base, but he's a good bit larger in areas. I want him to have a body that's similar to the Hulk's, but slightly larger.

He's going to be crazy big, that's for sure. He's supposed to be on a 1/6 scale (around 12 inches), but he'll be almost as big as a 1/4. I think some of the hulk statues made by bowen are around 15 inches if they were to stand straight, but all I have is the Red Hulk to really compare with.

hmm... not that im master in backs, i had to look all time on some reference... but i think u overdid the muscles and the proportions seem not so right (and he has no neck at all). even for a more comic style guy. might be im wrong and it looks this way, when extremely trained.
if id do such a muscle guy, id search for bodybuilder pics, who are on steroids
if this is ur style and all is wished this way, dont take this now so serious. will look great in the end, no matter which way.

Yeah, I think I'll blend it a good bit more and compress the trapezius muscles a bit. That will reveal more of the neck, but he's supposed to be looking down, so you won't see much from this angle either way. I've been using Jay Cutler, Ronnie Coleman and Dexter Jackson along with many others to make this sculpt, but I sometimes struggle with making this guy look an unrealistic yet realistic muscular freak..quite the dichotomy. I want him to be a lot bigger than any human in both height and muscle. I'm not really sure how that looks lol. Thanks for the help..I really appreciate your input!
