Description
17 inch sculpture (1/6 scale) The character is supposed to be around 11ft tall with nearly limitless strength and can make spikes come out of any location of his body...maybe there's a few places he'd prefer not to have them come outRelated content

One thing that amazes me other than the attention to details and the professionalism of your works, is the symmetry!
Really damn good symmetrical shaping going on here! I need to hone my skills in this area,
I have started using a mirror to look at my sculpt as I work, helped allot, but damn, It really did show how wonky my eye sight must be, it's probably different for each person too... maybe your eyes are better than mine.

Thanks! I actually have shitty vision in my left eye, but my right eye is 20/20..A mirror helps A LOT, but what I did for this one is take a ton of pics as I went along.

I'm not sure I have 20/20 in either eye,
but I know ones worse than the other,
surprised I can even achieve the
details I manage to do. Oh, so you take heaps of photos and compare them or something?

Yeah, I basically just take a couple of pics from 2 or so feet away. I take them from multiple angles when I've completed something, just to make sure my eyes aren't fooling me.

Wicked anatomy! I like the colour, too. At first I thought his left hand was holding something, but it's the biceps behind it. Maybe because of the lighting behind it.
Well crafted design.

I fell in love with the asymmetrical design.. like instantly For this high quality level of sculpting, you sure have a deep knowledge of anatomy

Thanks so much. I'm glad you like it! I definitely had my face in some books to make this one, but I think I've improved as a sculptor because of it.

Well, I've got to add a few things to the back and I plan on buying an air brush and putting a gray primmer on it, other than that..Yeah. I was also thinking about putting some chainmail that I made on the side of the legs, but I'm not sure if I like the look. I'll take pictures from every angle when I've finished tweaking the back. As far as the front of the sculpt this is the final version.

I haven't bought one yet, but the best prices I've seen is about 60 or so for the air brush and about 140 for the compressor. I haven't looked on ebay though..I'm not sure if I'd trust a used one. Thanks mate.
