AHH, AHH look at the blue of the water...its sooo light shiny blue...I'd be swimming in that fountain, I love how the sunlight just burst through everywhere and this, and the frozen millions of water shots, :-D this is a great shot, well done!

I really liked this shot, very creative, very emotional, and very well executed
colors are pretty lively (so well done post-work as well), frame could have been somewhat differnet maybe?

Awesome shot, reflecting carefree nature of children beautifully. Only becomes funnier once you look at it with the formal writing in memorial which hes dancing over.

He, good shot! I love the way the water is suspended in midair. Another thing I really dig is the way the spray formed at the bottom of the fountain is kinda overexposed. I reckon that adds to the whole dreamy & 'longed-for' kind of effect.
Hope you understand what I mean

You are a very talented photographer, but I think that the power of this shot is because that awesome camera, you know... that awesome colors, and those clean shapes, are because it.
Well the kidDuck is funny, but the quality of the image is outstanding.

look how gorgeous the water drops are and they look so perfectly circular as they get further away from the fall of water - and of course the mood caught is just fantastic

I think that little dude needs to reduce the SPF. He needs a tan!
It's a fun, playful shot and it makes me want to feel that summer heat. Winter has hit me with a lot of sickness this time around, I need the warm sun!
Thanks for giving me a glimpse of what is to come Kev!

love the vibrancy here (in color and subject). the blue in the fountain looks so bright did you enhance it in any way? the boy ... he looks so shiney.

nope, no enhancement other than my usual processing at fairly high contrast. the trick is to shoot at the right time of day, when the sun is kind of low in the sky. the atmosphere filters out the UV light and makes the colors really warm and strong

use your camera in aperture priority mode, and it may pick an odd shutter speed to match the aperture you choose.
