down with cis was a joke based on a bullshit made up post by some idiot on tumblr who honestly thought people would believe that he and his friend were beat up by people in "down with cis" shirts. down with trans, and other similar phrases, were come up by whiny idiots who dont like that trans people say "haha cis people suck" as a joke
