[Updated to allow disabling of the Transparent start menu as per a user's request]So, this is the portable (non-install) version, now the default version. As with suggestions, it can now be set to run at windows start up, along with auto-applying the last skin that was chosen.
The start menu will become transparent with the slider now.
all of the skins from the two prior versions is included with 1.3

This version works great, I like the added features. Now that I have tested it on both XP and Vista, I will tell you that it definitely works best on Vista and integrates much better than it does in XP. Great work.

thanks. the code has become to jumbled IMHO, so i am re-writing it tomorrow from scratch, and i have a new idea to add in ... FX overlays (pngs)

Very nice, except that the start menu is royally messed up because of sp3 hating it being made transparent. Could you separate out the functions in the next version, so I can affect the taskbar without effecting the start menu?
