...here's a color update on my "Lil' Monster' piece, she's about 90% complete-so far the biggest challenge has been the girls' "lil' friend".Really struggled on the color choice, at one point he was orange and then purple!

This is really outstanding work, just love the details (backpack, wings, sneakers). The little girls eyes are really intense.

Aceness! The colouring looks terrific, and as usual there's loads of great little details all over the place. The fact that the monster is holding a tiny backpack and wearing sneakers made me chuckle.

well he's kind of a pet/servant for lil' Violet there...he pretty much handles her "light work".

thanks, I was partly inspired by a fellow artist named Joe Pekar who specializes in "girl art", this was my version of "girl art" with a twist of darkness added.
The wings and shoes are kinda ridiculous aren't they?
Thought it would lighten up the tone of the pic a bit...
