creative title; I know 8,Danyway, first attempt at drawing these two together.... >_> I don't like the way they turned out :C
but anyway...errr, yeah. I'd have to say Romana (I, II or III) are probably my favourite character for possible romance with the Doctor (4th, 8th, or otherwise...). I gotta say, I loved the City of Death episode. a nice break from all the angst! XD
anyway, enough rambling. enjoy!

I believe that Romana2 was actually Tom Baker's real-ife wife at the time.
Although they did have good (non-romantic) onscreen chemistry,
I still have to say that I actually liked the 1st Romana a little better.

I love the expressions; Doctor Who four always had a grin and always had those eyes popping out at you very much like The Mad Hatter, very cute indeed.

I know she is supposed to be Romana II, but she reminds me of Rose Tyler.

Oh, I am sure Romana II probably looks the way you depict her. It has been quite some time since I have seen her. Rose, on the other hand, she is a much more recent memory for me. I just can picture in my head number four stumbling upon Rose before she met nine. They could've simply bumped into one another casually, neither one realizing later on they had met. Sorry about that, my imagination starts taking off and it goes places that few can predict.

you can watch The City of Death, it doesn't really spoil anything, you just won't know how they met etc, but it's an adorable episode lol. go here; [link] scroll down and you'll see the part 1, 6 and 3. the rest are on page two, they're just not in order lol. they won't be in the related videos either so you'll have to go back to the search results when you want to change part. or do like me; open all parts in different tabs lol
