The scarf is sooo much fun to pull on. I do it to my hubby all the time when he is dressed as the 13th Doctor, and I am costuming Romana 4. It's just too temping to not mess with it.

I've done a version of this, except with the Master instead of Romana (speaks someone who hasn't seen anywhere near enough Romana). I likewise don't understand how any version of this didn't happen. Even if only in the episodes I watched.
