Description
In working so much with my stablemate model horses, I've been addicted to all things tiny. Bother are around 3x4" and 3x2.5". These were sketches done while out and about without computer or paint. I've missed pencil work! The arab is more sketchy than the warmblood which has more refined shading. Both done without refs and just for some fun and relaxation. Actually, now that I look at it, the warmblood favors my lesson horse, Sail, a 20 year old Thoroughbred.Related content

I love the arab-it's nice to see more sketchy work!
Of course the warmblood is gorgeous too!

The chunky monkey neck? Yeah. Thank you! While I was doing his bridle, I thought, how in the heck do people do detailed tack and make it look so good. Then I realized, oh yeah-the dray it bigger!

Lol. Yeah, I am slowly learning that's often the trick to realism/detail - paint larger!!

Thanks! I do to, I started doing it just laying flat and thought, "wait a minute, this would look so much cooler if.."
