Description
I'm not sure if this can really be called a tutorial, because I don't think my way of drawing hair is exactly the best way. Maybe calling it a WIP is better ... uh, who knows.Anyway, many people asked me about this, so I tried to finish it as early as possible. I'm sorry my photos of my tools aren't so good, I've only a lousy camera.
If anything is unclear, please let me know and I try to explain it again with other words.
For your information: That's a tutorial about drawing hair using my latest drawing 'Guy of Gisborne' .

This is brilliant and it's helped me to brighten up my drawing knowledge and i just wanted to say thank you for posting this tutorial!!
By the way, could you please make a tutorial on how you draw skin textures(the skin on the eyes, nose and lips areas for example)? That would be extremely helpful for me since i'm still learning how to make realistic drawings. Cheers!

You're quite welcome! This tutorial is super helpful for me. I always have SO much trouble with hair. Thanks!!!
Could you possible take a peek at my artwork? It's not that great, I turned 13 in late February (as if my age should be an excuse for the poor quality!) Oh well.
Thanks so very much!

I'm very happy to help I've taken a look at your eye practice. It's quite impressive for your age. I couldn't have done it back then
You should try to use some softer pencils as well, at least 4B or 5B. Keep practicing, I'm sure you'll become an awesome artist

Well, English is not my first language, so of course I make many mistakes.

Lol, that's okay, my brain just breaks itself every time it sees grammatical inaccuracy. Mistakes are bound to be made even in regard to your first language, so don't sweat it.

It's the same with me when I see mistakes people make in German.
