I've considered making a theow as my heraldic 'sona.

Some fursuits just stand out above the crowd, and this is definitely one of them! You've done a great job of assembling a terrific costume! The Qarrezel styling is spot-on, and the accessories you've added are outstanding compliments to her creation. Of course, a fursuit is, by itself, only a static model. YOU will be the heart and soul of the character as you give her personality, mannerisms, and movement.
That's the most fun part! I hope you find SwanDog becomes like a friend, bringing you smiles and happy memories whenever and wherever you don her.

Haven't tried it in warm weather yet, but I only plan to wear her inside (except for a few shots of her in the snow), because I don't want to get her hooves or the dress dirty, so we'll see.

This costume is stunning! I love how the staff adornments sort of "echo" the markings on the face. Excellent choice of dress too.
Also, I think it's been years since I've read someone mentioning the "Theow;" seriously, a medieval beastiary had some of the weirdest and coolest things in them. I've considered making characters based off of things like a yale or jaculus, even...
