Backstory:
In a modern city in the world called Donar, lived a young friendly couple. Funny String a Party shop owner and Letter tornado, the cashier in her father’s bakery. They met the first time when Tornado was buying ribbons for a cake. Strung immediately found a liking to her and talked with her a while as he gave her some ribbons he had in store. The Pegasus mare though he was a funny guy and promised him that she will visit once in a while. The whole process went on for half a year till they went on their dates. Flour Oven didn’t really understand what to think of him (in fact he still can’t). After 2 more years Funny String asked her the question and he got a yes.

After the wedding, they moved next to the bakery and Funny moved his business in a room next to flour ovens workplace. The old baker didn’t really care what he was doing. As long as he kept of his bakery he could do what he wanted. After 2 though, Funny String and Flour Oven got some pretty exciting news from the young pegasi mare. She was pregnant. Both stallions where equally happy. The soon-to-be grandpa was preparing some furniture for the new family member only to find out that it would be twins. Funny helped him with some extra things till it was done. One day, Tornado went alone to the doctor and got horrifying news. One of her foals got in a bad position and could endanger also its sibling. There was a big chance that they wouldn’t make it if the time came. Letter was terrified. She begged the doctor to do anything to safe them. There was a solution to it but it would cost her own life. Sad and confused the Letter Tornado walked home and told her family what the doc said. Both of course were frustrated and shocked. There was a big back and forth what the best was for her. But the mare already decided. She let her children live.

They wasted no time to make the most of it for the time she had left. They made pictures, videos, stories and thought about names. Months passed and after Tornado and said her goodbyes to her friends and family, it was finally time. That’s when Pie Style and Frosty Fun came to the world. Of the price of their mothers life sadly. Funny and Flour had quite a different time with those 2 rascals. Frosty, who was 2 minutes younger than his sister, had no interactions with anyone besides his twin. Funny had no idea what he should do with him. He was quiet, reserved; didn’t liked any loud noises and had a fear of the dark. Style was always there when he got scared or something was unsettling for him.

As they grew older, Frosty still was a little shy and fearful. But with his fun loving and quirky sis, he was happy as he could be. He was good at school. At reading in particular. The only thing he was bad at was crafts. Some kids bullied him because he was quiet all the time and he became a target pretty quickly. Unlike his sister. She was popular and got along with anyone. Even his bullies liked her (Thank the elementar geister that she didn’t). But she always got his back if something happened to him. After school they would go back home together.

One day at Style and Fun's 11th birthday they got a big party not only was it their birthday but they also got their cutie marks the same time. Pie got hers as she was writing down some new delicious pie recipes while her grandpa tried them out. And Frosty got his while he made some new cold desserts for their big day. Some close friends and family members came to celebrate with them. The only one missing was Funny String. After 4 hours they got worried as suddenly someone knocked on their door. As Flour Oven opened it a dwarf stood outside. He was a member of the ‘Hope rescue’ and had sad news. "Are you Flour Oven?” was the first thing he asked. The old Unicorn replied: "Yes that’s me. Is something the matter??" The guard looked around the room and asked if they could talk alone. Without the kids.

Frosty didn’t want to disturbed them, so he stayed with their party guests. But he saw his older sister sneaking out the room. He thought she wanted to go to the bathroom. After an hour or so he got really worried and most of the guests were already gone. They didn’t even open their presents together. That was her favourite part of all. Fun couldn’t take it anymore and looked for Style. He found her cowered under the staircase with running nose. He never saw her like that before. Whatever happened while she was gone, it must be really bad. As Pie saw Frosty she jumped up to him and cried her heart out. As the comforting little brother he is, he hugged her back and talked calmly to her. The party ended and all their friends and family went home. Before bedtime their grandfather called the foals to the kitchen. He sat on one of the stools and looked at them gently. His eyes fell on his little granddaughter and sighted: "You weren’t supposed to follow us, Pie. I assume you didn’t tell him??" The little curly maned filly shook her head, sniffing. Frosty had no idea what was going on and he was afraid what he was about to find out. "Frosty, what I am about to tell you is really important and i know it will be hard to understand. It is about your pops. He won’t come home. Forever", informed him his grandpa. At first the blue haired colt couldn’t make heads and tails out of it. But after a few seconds he understood the meanings of these words. He looked back at his twin sister, which turned her head away from him. His father was dead. "Why? WHY WON’T HE COME BACK?????!!!, cried the emotional boy out while tears began to fall down his eyes. Oven stood up and hugged his grandchildren as tight as he could. Both foals cried with all their might. As they stopped and their eyes were all red the old pony explained: "Do you remember when I and your Dad told you to never go to a dark alley. Well apparently not even streets are safe. Your father was on his way home as some nasty people attacked him. They call themselves the X-crossed. In this group are ponies and humans alike. This cult is very dangerous and never regret anything when it is about to do bad stuff to get their way. Promise me you won’t ever, EVER cross their way. I couldn’t bear myself if something happened to you." The twins nodded and went with a broken heart to bed.

Years later, after Funny Strings death, Frosty moved out of the bakery to live on his own. He saved enough money to get an apartment. Pie style asked him to stay for a little longer but his decision was final. But he promised to visit them as often as he could. He had a weekend job at a hospital. He was there to give little fillies and colt support and read books to them. He borrows them from the library where his big sister works. The children LOVE him. He might look like an emo from the outside but he could make every little frown turn into a big smile. He was good in making impressions while he reads them the stories. But 5 days a week he would work as the delivery stallion at his grandfather’s bakery. Of course on some days he would see the bad X-crossed and hold back not to shout at them. As much as he would love to, he couldn’t do that to his family. He made some friends and even met some of his former bullies. But they are cool now. He doesn’t hang onto the past anymore like he was a little colt. But he made a promise to himself. That he would make the killers of his dad pay for making his sister cry.
