She's a whippet, and she's pink. What's not to like?
I just watched All Dogs Go To Heaven for the first time ever (don't laugh and point at me, it's not nice), and I was wondering what Annabelle would look like if drawn in my style. No refs used for the most part (not that I could find any good ones ANYWAY). And I had to pay tribute to her too. I mean, how many sighthounds, let alone whippets, do you ever see in the world of animation?

I LOVE that movie. And like, no one else has seen it? And I get really depressed when I make references (ala the other day when my friend left the classroom for a drink of water and I called after him "charliiiie...you can never come baaaaaaaack...) and no one gets them. >.< But never the less. So prettty! All Dogs Go To Heaven was one of my fave's when I was younger, it was one of those movies you could watch over and over again. I'm so angry that the dvd cover looks like a crappily scanned version of the original VHS. If there was a place I could complain to, I so would.
Sorry for that rant. I just had to let that out xD

Ahh! I love that movie! It's quite possibly my favorite. The way they animate and the expressions/movement of the characters is just fascinating to me. You've captured Annabelle perfectly! Her expression is well matched and that raised paw is godly

GSD? In All Dogs? If you mean Charlie, he was a mutt, not a GSD - the box says he's a GSD but he's actually a mutt. They were pretty clear about that in the movie.
