yay for more dogsplodey portraits! I felt like celebrating Papillons this time.
I'm really enjoying doing these, they really help me practice varying characters within a certain breed. if anyone has any other suggestions for breeds, toss 'em my way. you'll have to provide character examples, though.clockwise from bottom:

Aww! This is great. I love these little dogs, they actually remind me of border collies packed down into a small size. xD I'm madly in love with the way you shade... how many times have I told you this by now? Probably a dozen... gotta think of new comments.
Breed suggestions? Dalmatians and Irish Water Spaniels-- my favorites. xD But, I don't know anyone with characters in that breed. Or, possibly a working bred bedlington terrier. I'm absolutely in love with how they look, they're beautiful.

For breeds I'd say a Beauceron cause they = love
Either that or I'd say dingo's but my dingo character still has to have her ref made.

These are quite possibly the cutest dogs to ever live. I adore their eyes and ears, both in real life and in the picture ^^ The way you've done the mouths is really good, too - I'm struggling a bit on that X3

I did the BC collage thing that one time, so I'm kinda 'eh' about doing them again, at least for now. There will probably be one eventually since there've been many other borders to spring up since then.

So cute, I really love the little red-and-white at the bottom. You're excellent at creating a lot of variety within the same breed.
I would be just thrilled to see standard-poodle-explosion, as I'm a standard poodle owner myself and hate how the stereotype is "lolpoofhair." Sadly, however, I haven't seen a lot of standard poodle characters.

I hate that stereotype too. In fact the poodle was definitely one that was on my mind, what with standard characters like my George and Ella, and Moonfeather's Shinawaie, and Louie, the poodle I play on Mushroom Grove... and I'm sure there are others somewhere I'm missing, too.

Your Papillons are very well-executed. I love the varying in their ears and their cute little faces. This is a very good example of what different Papillons can look like. As for other breeds for you to feature, I would love you forever if you did Afghan Hounds! I don't have any character refs unfortunately, as I'm not very comfortable with my dog drawing abilities. Still, it would be absolutely wonderful if you drew the portraits of a few Affies.
