For lol'sMeet Swift's foil, the under-paid Private Investigator
Harry (the phat rat) is under his hat right now. Which isn't on Piper's head because I can't draw it on his head.
In other news, you can almost see his obnoxiously loud tie, he doesn't really smoke (he thinks it just looks cool to have a cig in his mouth), and he drinks tea because he hates coffee.
