There was real proposal for a 2-12-4 Tank engine made by BR
The Idea was to use this Giant engine in Iron Ore trains on the Western Region but this project never saw the light of day

Sadly there are no know concept for this engine there are only mentions of it in various books
But we could thought of that engine as a 2-12-4 version of the Standard Class 4 tank
