Description Just a simple recolor of the MS-18E Kampfer with a slightly different weapn loadout. I had to repair the lower end of the right-hand bazooka and do some minor work on the face to get it to properly fit. Looking back, I think I need to take better care of the panel lines when I recolor to white, but I'm pleased with the pattern and I think the MMP-80 is a nice addition.

Hey, guess what? This is my first unit that has a need for a full-view because it shrinks on the preview screen. Still, as a lineart it doesn't lose too much quality in the shrink, so it's not really required ...

You my friend have some creativity, now one of the most kick ass mobile suits can fight beside a gundam for a change. This pic has earned you a 4ever.

Is that MS-18E KΓ€mpfer Federation Colors, Titans Colors, or Test Colors?

Haha, well the Kampfer is a Zeon suit. Though it does look like the Federation colors from the Vs. games series, I was really just playing with the colors. But a friend of mine was asking about a Federation use Kampfer before I made this, so I suppose if you wanted to you could think of it that way.

Very nice.

I've been trying to re-color a Kampfer for a while... But lacking pretty much any skills, it's been painful.

Thanks. Glad you like it.

Keep at it, you'll get it. And be sure to let me see it when you're done.

Wow, that's a great recolouring on one of my favourite MS! Was it intentionally made to match the Gundam or the Gundam Alex?

Not intentionally, but looking back at it, it was probably a subconsious thing. Someone was talking to me before I did this about the possibility a Kampfer being stolen and used by the Federation in an RP I'm running. I wanted to do a custom of the Kampfer, and I guess the two ideas got merged together in my mind.

Nicely done on the scolor scheme, Sword. It's got almost an Alex-ish feel to it now.

Oddly enough, there might be some truth in that. I was having a conversation with a friend on Gaia. I've started a 0079 RP, and he asked if the Feds could capture a Kampfer prototype for his use. I think I was influenced by that request, if only a little. But I like the scheme, so I decided to keep it.

wow, that's awesome. i love mecha pics like this, specifically ones that are gundam-esque. i think my only criticism is that the two cannons on the back dont look like they're attached to the back straight, like they're just leaning off-balance on it. of course, that's only very slight and would only notice if you looked really closely. otherwise i love it, great work!! i think this'll go in the favs.

Well, the original pic has them attached to a back-mounted weapons rack -- they're actually independant bazookas.
