New anti Twilight series stamp since dA deleted my first one *cough* This time I didn't use the stupid coverart to the series so if this is deleted, someone's gonna get hurt! Anyhoo, for all you who are tired of this hype called Twilight!
IF YOU DON'T LIKE MY STAMP, JUST LEAVE! As written by : "I can't believe some people wanted you banned for disliking a book... They need to grow up. So a lot of people don't like Twilight; life goes on. You're allowed to dislike whatever you want and they should respect that.
And..you weren't even bashing the book. You're just not into it. What's wrong with that? A lot of people are too sensitive and over-react to this. Besides, Article 19 gives you the right to voice your opinion. Just because someone doesn't agree with you doesn't mean you should be banned or flamed. It's really unfair because your rights were overlooked. Those people are basically saying Let's silence anti-twilighters because they don't think Twilight is awesome."

A hell of a lot of people hate it, too. That's one of the reasons they made it. And it doesn't take that long to make a stamp. The flames are hilarious, though.

i love twilight, and i actually agree. the fan girl stuff has gotten way out of hand, and people forget the actual purpose of the book and just focus on the "hot guys".

I liek Stephenie Meyer's writing, though. Taht's the only reason I kept reading Twilight, it was because I thought teh writing was wonderful.

Yeah. I seriously don't get what is so good about Twilight. I know that I loved making vampires, and they weren't mister sparkles, they were players, and had a good time. They could also snap that sparkly little vampire into a twig.

More than a year ago, Twilight fans kept blabbering & uploading art that took over dA. The few of us then got annoyed with it & I decided to make a stamp to voice our thoughts on the matter. As for that time argument, it took me like 5 minutes to make.

I think it's a shame for Stephenie Meyer to have created herself a character (Edward) and then call it a vampire while there is nothing that makes him a vampire. It's also a shame because it helps stereotypes even more to persist (ex.: vampires (like the bad ones in the movie/bboks) are bad, darkness is bad, etc...). I mean, I would have so much have had respect for Meyer if she could have continue the works of those past authors that made the vampire creature; it's like a joke! It's a shame to ruin those authors' creature, afterall. I believe you can create something else (like mine; they go out in the sun but they don't see very well, they are alive, they drink blood to survive, have fangs, supernatural powers and live up to 500 years (but not immortal) - kinda a humanized vampire bat but still has more respect to the Nosferatu origins). I don't know if you get me, though.
I don't understand this hype over Twilight - it's mediocre! And for vampire litterature, it's a shame. You have these rabid fans on a side a super haters on the other, alright I get it. But I believe the ones against Twilight are those who understand that Stephenie Meyer destroyed the vampires (well call this something else than a vampire) and mocked these past generations' authors' creature.

I am the same way! I used to like twilight. But then i started reading more (I allready liked reading books but i didn't have time). Well, anyway, i read over twilight again, and was like "Uh..haha-...no". SO instead of burning my books like i /wanted/ to do i just donated them to a hospital. Maby they have holy water in there to douse the sparkles off edwards body
