Had to eventually create me own OC at some point, right? Hope it's at least interesting.

So here is Contae, a member of the Galactic Patrol. He's from the same race as Jeice and Salza, (from a planet called 'Brench', apparently) only he's kind of an exile/pariah amongst his people due to his refusal to work under Frieza. Fleeing his home world, he joins up with the Galactic Patrol.
-He's meant to be the exact opposite of someone like Jaco, and takes his job seriously and doesn't half-ass it.
-As one can imagine, he doesn't have a very high opinion of said fellow patrolman.

Made using General Blue, Vegeta, Kibito/Bojack, and Jaco parts, as well as my own changes and additions.

Hope it looks good.

EDIT: Decided to pick a skin color for him. Working on a possible story for him.
