"Sev... don't get mad but there may be a chance for the bus to sort of, maybe, possibly have... forgotten about us."It has been forever since I last sat down and drew something for me. Literally FOREVER. And yes, this is now officially a series. And no, I don't know if yellow raincoats existed back then, but meh.
Why rain? Mini history lesson: our generation of students lived through the fascinating coincidence of starting each year's first day of school on a rainy day for many years. Now about seven years ago, the tradition broke and Mother Nature decided we should have sun. But this year we have returned to tradition, so in commemoration to the first rainy day in September... well, you very much see what happened.

Oh my god I cried so hard. I love your art and all of the little details and how they have to wear raincoats and umbrellas! The overgrown grass! I was in Michigan for a week and it began to rain and I was sitting out by the pier of our lake. Suddenly I heard a chirp from right next to me. A little baby fowlers toad was staring up at me. The moment just made me feel very special and I picked him up and kept him for the remainder of the trip. And when I noticed that frog on the ground of your picture it brought back memories of Philipe. I love you forever.

It was executed very subtly and elegantly, but still helps to identify the characters. You should take the fact that few noticed as a compliment, everyone can recognize them (subconsciously) because of the colour scheme, but it's so neatly incorporated into the picture that it's almost invisible 
A job well done! It's obvious you put a lot of thought and skill into the picture
